The location was REALLY central. I could easily walk to the main square. Breakfast offered many options, including fresh fruit and pastries. The staff were always ready to help with directions and recommendations. The room had effective air conditioning.
It only fit two people with luggage.

the tv in my room had only italian channels. it was a bit boring since i don't speak italian and the silence was deafening. i would have expected at least one english news channel.

The hotel's location was excellent being right on the main square. This made access to local sites easy. The room was clean. Breakfast had good food options.

The location was central. Piazza Maggiore was a short walk (it was very convenient). The breakfast offered a decent selection of items. The staff was helpful with directions.
My room was quite basic for a four-star hotel. The bathroom lacked necessary remodeling (I saw the walls were peeling). The air conditioning seemed outdated and did not work efficiently.

the hotel is in the heart of the city. the location was superb, with access to main attractions. the breakfast included a variety of options with snacks to take away (a lovely touch!). i found this convenient for sightseeing.
my single room was quite small and needed updating. the shower was tiny at approximately 24x24 inches. the handheld shower head did not stay in its holder. (it was frustrating when i wanted to take a shower.)

i stayed three nights in april. the hotel is near the main square it is about thirty minutes from the airport. all main sights are within walking distance i found bars restaurants and shops nearby. the hotel has a modern interior.
my bathroom needed updating there was chipped bath and mouldy grouting. however it had a lovely power shower. the bathroom could use some work
